Virtual Mindful Yoga Sculpt Class
A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility, this class combines the detoxifying qualities of yoga with the intensity of core and HIIT training. Set to music, Bridget will guide you through a 45 minute workout & stretch, and even entertain us along the way! The class will focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body, leaving you refreshed and ready to conquer the day!
